Report Infringement

• 1. Identify the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed, or if this Notice covers multiple copyrighted works, you may provide a representative list of those works.
• 2. Specify the material or link you claim is infringing (or is associated with infringing activity) and access to which should be disabled, including, at a minimum, the URL of the link as displayed on the Site or the precise location where such material can be found.
• 3. Provide your organization affiliation (if applicable), mailing address, telephone number, and, if available, email address.
• 4. Include both of the following declarations within the Notice:
• * "I affirm that I have a genuine belief that the disputed use of the copyrighted material is not authorized by the copyright owner, their agent, or the law (e.g., as fair use)."
• * "I assert that the information in this Notice is correct and, under penalty of perjury, that I am either the copyright owner, or I am authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright or any exclusive right under the copyright that is allegedly infringed."
• 5. Include your full legal name along with your electronic or physical signature.

Be aware that under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any individual who knowingly misrepresents that material or activity infringes may face legal liability.

If you believe that your content has been removed (or access to it has been disabled) incorrectly, or that you hold authorization from the copyright owner, their agent, or under the law to post and utilize the content, you may submit a counter-notice containing the following information to our Designated Copyright Agent:

• 4. Your name, address, telephone number, and email address, a statement indicating your consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in Seychelles, and a statement confirming that you will accept service of process from the person who issued the notification of the alleged infringement.

In the event a counter-notice is received by our Designated Copyright Agent, we may forward a copy of the counter-notice to the original complaining party, notifying them that we could reinstate the removed content or cease disabling it within 10 business days. Unless the copyright owner initiates a lawsuit seeking a court order against the content provider or user, the removed content may be restored or access to it reinstated within 10 to 14 business days or longer, at our sole discretion.

Consistent with the DMCA and applicable laws, we have established a policy of terminating accounts, in suitable situations and at our sole discretion, for users identified as repeat infringers. We may also, at our discretion, restrict access to the Site and/or terminate the accounts of users who violate any intellectual property rights of others, regardless of whether or not there is repeat infringement.
